Rose Water Toner

This Rose Water Toner is perfect for all skin types, especially dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin. The toner was formulated to soften and rebalance skin. It also contains natural anti-inflammatory properties to restore skin's PH balance, reduce redness and skin irritation.

Vegetable glycerin has been added as a humectant – it attracts and retains water molecules so it is a very useful hydrator.
