This therapy eye pillow helps you de-stress and relax. The clay beads inside the linen cover weigh gently over the eyes as you lie down or meditate. You can use the eye pillow warm or cold to feel an immediate relaxing and refreshing effect.

How to use hot : Remove all tags and place the pillow in a clean microwave, distributing the weight evenly. Heat in 10-second intervals and never for more than a minute total. After each interval, check the temperature of the pillow and rotate it. Wait 20-30 seconds before using it

How to use cold : Place it in a sealed back for 2 hours in a freezer
